Nows that's the funniest rudest post I've seen here for a long time! Your either blind, stupid or both! How can you complain? Seriously? And if you read the thread Horizon have shown themselves to be nothing but excellent to a large numer here and this is just the Heli crowd. think of the plankers etc

When I broke my DX7 modding it they could have charged me for a complete radio, instead they just charged £40 for the RF board (yes a new part so I had to pay) and then when the radio memory died a week later they replaced the whole tx free of charge with a new one and a polite note about not modding it apart from the gimbal bearings.

Excellent service. I dare say they are that good they make Fast Lads and Midlands look second place (in a nice way if you follow).

You need to get a life, Hopefully in future you will just be charged for repairs and the rest of us can appreciate good will from suppliers!

I fell over and smashed the lcd screen on my DX7. Guess what? I sent it back and they replaced the screen and refurbed my Tx for FREE. It was about 2 years old too.

Horizon's customer service is renowned for being pretty good so I really don't see what your complaint is about.

I'm a Futaba guy so have never used HH, but as others have said I never hear anything but good things. Sorry 3DHeliFlyer, but I don't get what you were trying to achieve with this thread? Yes perhaps if you had JUST bought a product and it arrived faulty, and they sent you a used replacement then I would be mad too. But the fact that they replaced a worn part (that will naturally wear on it's own) for free, is damn good service anyway - why should they give you a brand new part (and if they did, I wouldn't be surprised from what I hear about them!).
