Sorry Waz but I think you really got this one wrong BIG TIME !!
You name me 1 company that would do what Horizon does, they really do go above and beyond what other firms would'nt do- I sent them 3 ar7000 that were damaged in various crashes with damage ranging from cracked cases to bent pins- ,, all repaired and updated with new firmware for FREE
Just try and think before you post comments like this as I know from someone in the "trade" that hh DO read posts like this, kinda undoes all of their hard work and reputation, ..Sab Goblin 570

Wasim.. I recall u working at sainsburys.. How often do sainsburys send out free replacements within two days!?!? And how can u call HH f***ing idiots when some supermarket workers can't even stack shelves properly!

I too have had excellent service from HH. They have sent me free bits (trim tabs, rollers etc for my DX6i) and have also replaced an AR6200 F.O.C which I sent in to be checked over despite them not finding any fault.
Despite his best efforts I think Waz has done HH a great service with this post. The replies to his post show how good HH really is.
Waz I cant help but think you are have bought into the Futaba is better than Spektrum argument and now you are looking for a reason to justify the switch. This post you made makes me think this even more.

The reality is that either we all work for Spektrum or their customer service really is that good. Which sounds the most likely of these two statements to you.

some people are never happy if you dont like the part send it back so somone else can benefit from their service,, ungreatfull git ,,,, i to have had nothing but excellent service from them last week i fried a receiver in one of mt foamies playing in the snow i sent it back with a note saying what happened a few days latter a new one was received in the post free of charge ,,, so if your not happy bugger off to futaba or jr lest see how you get on with then with returns guaranteed you will get sweet f/a off either for nothing or in the same monthComment
