OS55 or TT53 Redline

the thunder tiger redline is a cracking motor if you no how to tune the os to me has shit bearings and expensive parts you pays youre money and take youre choice the redline for me every time over poxy hyper

Agreed, to a point. There are quite a few in the club and as I said above some tune well and some don't. Mine would be fine one day the next I or others couldn't get a tune out of it for love nor money. I fitted an OS hyper carb and the tuning issues were a thing of the past. I had bearing problems on OS until I started to use Rapicon, since then no real issue, apart from thinking I should change them when in reality I didn't need to. The TT53 parts aren't really any different in price than the OS, the YS bits are cheaper.

As i've already mentioned.. if you want consistency and power go for the 55, the only gripe anyone has with them is the spares prices.. Yes, you have the 53 & 56 options but what would you rather have.. more consistant flying time or more time fiddling to get it right on the bench and save a few pennies if something goes wrong?
