How do i watch a recording from pheonix that someone has posted?

Download them, go to My Docs, Phoenix, then paste them into the Recordings folder.

Go to Phoenix and open the flight recorder, then load the clip.

Or just select Phoenix recordings in the Phoenix sub menu's as the destination when downloading
