  • After a crap day at work.....

.....there is nothing better than getting out in the sunshine and whizzing your little Trex V2 around the sky. It soon clears your mind.

Ive just been out practising my lazy 8's. Its the first time I've flown for three weeks. It must have been watching the clubman 3DX on Sunday that made me so desperate to get out and fly today.

The Trex is a fast little heli (for me anyway) but great fun although I almost put it in the ground but managed to recover it. I love it!

Anyway all in all a great evening and a happy smiling face.

Couldnt have put it better myself, Had a S**t day at work, got home, loaded the car and went off to drain a few batteries with my Twister 3D and Mini Titan
Had a wheeze, and just feel more confident each time, cant manage nose in hover exactly, but nose in FF was good, felt great.
        I LOVE IT

You too,,,,,,been 3 weeks for me aswell and clubmans was awesome. I put half a gallon through my Raptor and 2 packs through My Trex450, on the second pack of the 450 I did a low wall without thinking about my recovery and because the 450 gives you no thinking whilst fly time it ended up going down fast in a tailslide, I did execute the emergency nose down full positive collective procedure but it was going in so I hit T Hold. The damage.....................slight bend to the main shaft,,,,,,,that was it, I actually fly it back from the crash scene,,,,,,,,,,,,,,gotta love the 450V2.

            Hi Sue

Know what you mean but can go one better, leave work go paragliding to a local site but not enough wind so very quick flight to the bottom of the hill, fast walk back up the hill (so I get my excercise in for the day) then just time to nip up the heli site and put 3 tanks though the 600N and 3 packs though the 600E and still home by 9pm, I love long spring evening:-)

PS nice to finally meet you at Clubmans.

            Cheers

I also managed to get to the site after a meeting at work. I only had 3 tanks before I started teaching planes BUT.. Started looping again and mad stall turns.

But I tryed something new flew up as to do a stall turn then mid stick so 0 degrees as best i could then right airelon didn't quite do what I expected but still live and learn.

oh and it didnt go in...

Might try rolls Wednesday see if I can get right.... Then split S and cuban 8's maybe...
