you did offer, and i thank you for that, 3 weeks ago alex was waiting for some screws, then it would be ready, just contact would be good at the moment, so theres no point me getting annoyed, cause i cant contact him, tried texting, nothing, not even a delivery report. dont get me wrong, there may be a problem his end that means he cant reply of even read them, however, it makes you wonder so i have a complete record of emails, payments and records of delivery and signatures, for what good it may do

i probbaly shouldn't say this but I live close ish, to alex I belive he is from Newport Shropshire, But I don't know him as he doesn't fly at my local clubs, but if you have an address I could pop round just to see if he is still there / alive and ok ????

I think I live about 8 miles from him .
I also hope he is ok as we are a small comunity and his name is getting tarnished by lack of contact, thats very unusual.

Not sure if he'd like someone popping round, il hold off on that one for now, very nice idea though. like ive said, im not trying to stir it up for Alex, just a bit concerned, its been a while, and with the feedback hes got on ebay it makes you wonder if everything is ok, business still running, no one knows, and he has my heli!!!!, its only been with me for a few weeks before i had to send it back for repair, I think Alex has had it longer than i have!!

I hope you guys get it sorted.. My previously dealings with Alex was top notch so I dont know why the change in attitude.. as Martin has mentioned.. short of a Illness or bereavment, this is unacceptable.

number is the one i have in my phone, which was saved after he phoned me right in the beggining of having heli troubles, great customer service, he spoke to me for about 45 mins, what happened, what did you do etc etc, then the great offer of fixing it, plus upgrading for just the price of parts, hes very pleasant to talk to, its just going to harm his reputation with not communicating, hence the ebay feedback

hey guys i understand your concerns but alex is a well known member of here with quite a few people knowing where he lives and his personal home number etc,alex doesnt seem the dodgy type of fella.
he does need to make contact with some thats for sure but if he hasnt contacted us i myself or grant will go and see whats happening and make sure hes ok.
