Right, Here we go again,
Got the Evo setup, got the engine setup, (a bit rich still but plenty of go), got the gyro setup, (after a few brown trouser inducing false starts). Tried hovering about, lovely, a couple of test climb out's, Fine. Next tried a (very rough) couple of lazy 8's, exiting the second right hand turn down to the left of me, big glitch. Bring it back tail in 5m in front, all fine. Checked the basic electronics, all looks ok. Try again, same thing, exiting the same right hand turn but a bit further out, and a bit higher, another (much bigger) Glitch (more brown trouser marks). So put it down and done some range checks ( I know, should have done that first). Antena down about 15m's, turn the heli away even less(
), so try the Eco on range and it's the same. Try different Crystals, no improvement, try different Tranny (Cali 30's 3810), with my original crystals in, with heli facing away from Tx, range with antena down oh about 50m. Think my Tx might be DEAD. Anybody agree?
