German Hobbyking order

Having not really used Hobbyking before and ordered some batteries which showed as being in stock on their website from the German warehouse, how long do things normally take?

My order placed and payed for on the 7th Oct for which money was taken shortly after is still showing as Processing \ Reserved.

From experience does this mean that the stock was actually not there in the first place even though the website showed stock present?

Do they normally take the money straight away when they can't ship straight away?

I e-mailed CS and they said there were no items on back order for my order, but it has been another week and no order state change.

Hi there

Ive use Hobbyking many times now and not had a problem with stuff not turning up. Ive also had things take several weeks to arrive even though I thought I’d ordered from the German warehouse.

Usually you get two prices for the same Item you are interested in. One from Germany the other from I assume Hong Kong. The euro item is always a couple of dollars more so I guess your paying for the convenience and faster delivery.

Then again I could be totally wrong. But hang in there.
