I need your old os bearings

Adie is in talks with a bearing manufactor NSK.
From what he says, Stuart is willing to put a banner up for the company, IF its agreed. The deal would be along the lines of NSK stickers on your heli/club shirts etc, and a banner on the site, and NSK will supply bearings.

Im under the impression adie will post out bearings to anyone who makes small donations of £5 to the forum.

So in short, NSK get free advertising, stuart gets donations, and we get dirt cheap bearings. Everyone wins.

Still cheaper to get them from rcbearings.co.uk tho! And I for one wouldn't really want to be putting "NSK Bearings" or whatever over any of my canopies!

Surely the RCHA forum is self funding now with all the paying advertisers and wouldn't need any donations?

i'll put this in more english im just getting some shirts made for the club
and im getting some sponsors names put on them too
when i raced karts i had a sponsor from nsk bearings which they sent us
boxes and boxes of bearings,
so im in contact with them again to see if they will do the same with engine bearings and if they will then that will mean i will have loads of bearings to give away for some engines

so what im going to do is have a talk to stuart about having there name put on this forum if they will give us free bearings but early days yet,
im just trying to cut the cost of these bearings really
you know they dont last long

so let me now your thoughts

we use nsk on cars and motor bikes for years from wheel bearings to gearbox bearings and are extremely good quality and excelent value for money. I have nsk in my 55 and they are doing well better than the o.s offerings.

I'm on my first set of "cheap" ones.. holding up better than the SKF ones after a gallon.. but then again, it could be down to my crap tuning thats eaten the last ones!

well i don't mind putting a fiver to this great site every now and then if it helps keep it going, i have picked up some priceless info reading the posts, and being able to sell stuff for free is a bonus, now we might be getting free bearings for helping out this great site,sounds like a great idea to me.
