Congratulations mate!, I had a similar experience back in Feb but it had been on the cards for 12 months but they kept extending me as I was key to a project completion. Left at the end of Feb taking the pay off even though there was another 3-12 months available in the city but had been offered a new job the week I was due to leave so had a month off and back into new job - and for a small and friendly firm rather than a multinational monster.Rob
