You could also offer heli flying lessons to get people started if needed.

I wish you were closer as I am terrible and getting stuff done sometimes. I have an engine that needs rear bearings replaced and various other heli work that I have been so lazy about and would love to just be able to drop it off and then collect when it's done.

Right how i plan to run it is as this:
On say an engine re-build, i will take it in, strip it, work out what needs repairing and then get the parts at owners cost, also if say the damage is to great, they can choice to not bother, and i will only charge half cost + postage back.
Say on a heli crash re-build, for say aligns i can get parts easy so could sort that out for the customer but they will have to pay the shop direct before i pick them up. On something more exotic say an aurora, i can do a list of parts required and get them reserved for the owner to pay for and get sent to me or for them to supply, if they don't already have them.
Consumables like tie wraps etc i will supply as part of the costs.
Say on a new kit full set-up etc, i expect all things to be supplied inc say velcro, gyro tape. Thread lock and any epoxy etc required i can supply, and only will be charged if a large ammount is required, i.e possible on a scale body fit.
Obviously postage back, parts will still have to be broken down on larger helis say 50/90 ones, i.e boom removed head removed.
I can also upload a test video, so people can see there heli hovering if they want me to test hover. (this will be at owners risk, i.e. if a part fails on test flight it is up to them to sort out repair parts, though i will fix it for half costs just to soften the blow).
The reason i am doing that is to do blade balance checks, and say the engine runs fine and clutch is good.
