First off please turn off Cap's lock, it makes your post hard to read and is called shouting on forums.

Can you say how you have set up the CC speed controller!
the chances are it's set up wrong, like for a 2s and not 3s.
Do you have the USB interface? if so you can print out the settings for us to see and better help you.
      Paul.

I had a very similar problem....It turned out to be, that the esc detected a 4s lipo when it was first connected...It would spin up, then die off as the esc low voltage stepped in...If I unplugged and plugged straight back in it ran the pack down fine.... It was a different esc than yours. It had a facility on it to beep the number of cells detected when first plugged in....

Try charging your pack to 4.0v connect it and see what happenens....it was a pain to find, and the esc went back for a replacement and all was fine after that....

        Hope this helps

Had this on my 450 once, Turned out a charger i had was OVERCHARGING the lipo. Threw the charger away - Never had the problem again !
Can you check the lipo voltage before flight ?

Best is to back the motor away from the main gear so it can spin up and not turn the head.
then your safe to check settings on the controller!
Make sure the cel count is right and the throttle stick end points are right.
