Metal collar needed

Bit of a long shot but does anyone know where I could get hold of a metal collar/washer of the following spec:

ID: 4mm
OD: 5mm
Thickness 1.5mm

It's to be used as a spacer between the inner race of two bearings.

The blade root sleeves that come with radix 690/710's have 4mm ID 5mm OD. Cut to length and job done

On a similar note, I need a spacer for a bearing as well. I need something with a 10mm ID and the OD doesn't have to be exact but needs to be prob no more than 15 or 16mm.

Ideally I need a few of them as shims, so they need to be thin, maybe 1/3 to 1/2 of a millimetre.

At the moment I don't see any other way to adjust the gear mesh and proper fit on this heli.
