    What gyro are you using?
Possible...Too much pitch,Gain not high enough? binding in the tail control rod/pitch lever/slider?

I have to admit I have a lot of pitch at 13 deg. On my stock 450.

      Gain at 62.

And I saw a previous thread where you can adjust the gyro on the tx but don't know how to on the dx6i do you know how to adjust the gain on the tx?

Go to the gyro menu on the tx and you should see 1 & 2 with one of the numbers being higher than another, something like 62 in 1 and 24 in 2, this is your gain settings for the gyro (what r u using)

Just try going down or up by 0.5 each time on the highest number then test fly each time to see if it makes any difference, the switch on the tx at the top left facing you that says gyro = the settings in your gyro menu and it means 1 = heading hold 2= non heading hold (depending on gyro).

I had the same issue a while back and using the same Heli / tx, and it was the gyro gain setting but only affected the tail in idle up not normal.
