Hi,
I ordered Pre Flight blade edition sim from the official website and recieved the item after about 3 weeks of waiting.
The problem i have is i recieved the usb dongle, the dx6i cable and the cd but no cd key !
On the disc case it states "to activate this cd,use the key that was emailed to you when you downloaded this product"
But i never actually downloaded this product neither did i ever recieve an email with a key.
I have now sent 4 emails to ttransce@bigpond.net.au but have had no replies since last week.
Am i able to file a paypal dispute against them as i cannot use the product as this is very frustrating !
