Continous Piro flips, 1 piro per full flip or 2 per half flip??

I've recently started doing piro flips & i can now do several full continous flips. My flips are 1 piro per full flip but this doesn't look entirely right. They are piro flips that i'm doing yes?? On the sim i can do half a piro flip to inverted, do 1 or 2 inverted piro's then a half flip back to upright. When i try this for real i struggle with keeping my piro's level because i practice SOOOOOO high & cannot level it well so i just continue with the 1 piro per flip with no brief piro hover. I'm fully aware of my cyclic/rudd timing & my flip always starts tail in. I have seen others doing identical flips but those who have it nailed appear to be doing 2 piro's per half flip??

Done 3 packs today of piro flip practice. In Ash's tutorial he shows the flip from inverted staring nose in. Well i tried this on the sim last night & it just aint happening for me. However if i go the extra half turn to tail in i can flip to upright correctly with what appears to be 2 piro's before it levels & continues in an upright piro. Is it important that the inverted to upright is started nose in?? I still can only do a normal half piro to inverted & I need to get this sorted so it's identical to my invert to upright.
