Is the sensor the correct way round?

Is the sensor close enough to the magnet?

Is the servo connection on the Revloc unit itself the right way round?

Check the distance between the magnet and the sensor, this needs to be quite close, about 1mm or it wont detect the magnet, also make sure the sensor has the correct orientation to the magnet.

To make sure the sensor is actually working if its hard to get to the magnet on the heli, use a fridge magnet to check it.

because when i rebuilt it the light on the revlock was flashing and i couldn't set it but the same thing is happening with the new on .the gap seems ok .

The RL sensor needs to pass over the magnet at 90 degrees. i.e. across the face of the sensor and not along it. If that makes sense.
This caught me out the first time I set one up as the brackets that come with it naturally put the sensor in the wrong orientation.
I have had to put a small piece of plastic/wood between the bracket and sensor to twist it through 90.
                  Ade.
