when i try to open it it says windows cannot open it :?:

If your talking about the file in the download section you'll first need a .zip software to unzip it. i.e. winzip see here:-

Then if you have MS Excel that is the software it uses your okay, if not let me know what spreadsheet software you have and I'll e-mail direct a copy.
