Slight Problem with Fast lads order

Hi guys

I placed an order with them on tuesday and done a bank transfer to there account (shows in there account straight away due to fast payment system these accounts have) and paid for 1st class recorded

Any way i got an an email wed am at 07:15am saying pretty much nout and i mean nout
Then today (thursday) i get an email 06:54am saying normal email to confirm my payment details as paid via bank transfer and my order is still showing at time of this email "Processing" and nout has come through the post, I emailed them around 1pm today but no reply from them

Is anyone else having problems with orders not being sorted and posted this week??

P.S I have done my orders like this many times with them(via bank transfer) and never had this problem before

I cant make calls when at work as i dont get the time to leave the building so thats not an option for me

i placed two orders online ! on monday and one on tuesday! both received today! had all the usual confirmation emails aswell!

Hi Steve, no disrespect mate but the following comment makes me laugh, are you seriously telling me you can't make any phone call what so ever?? don't you even get a lunch break where you could make a 5 minute phone call??

I cant make calls when at work as i dont get the time to leave the building so thats not an option for me

I cant cant fault the guys either but this time im let down, main reason is iv asked it to be posted to my g/f work (as always) as it cant be sent to my work or my house (working during day) and if it dont turn up tomorrow then i wont get it for a week as my g/f not at work and the office will be closed hence paying 1st class

As it has already been mentioned the shop is a little short staffed at the moment as Jamie and Andy are attending IRCHA.

Steve: if you PM me your full name, address and order details including the order number i will pass it on to the guys and have them look into the status or the order for you.

I work with in a call centre and im on the top floor and were not allowed to make calls on our mobiles with in the building, iv not been long within the company and dont want to lose my job, but email is the same and they had 5 hours to reply to a order thats been paid for and not shipped,

Maybe im asking to much but why pay for fast shipping and pay via fast payment ?

Good point and i respect that when short staffed and hence the reason for this post thinking that maybe it ant just me, but when someone places an order a day after me and gets it before me kinda strange dont you think?
