Technically frame screws, but the child in me could not resist the title.
I gave my 700 a full going over last night for the first time since the initial test flight checks- it's probably had about 3 gallons of fuel through it. I always do an inspection after every flying day, but went the whole hog checking with a hex driver.
I found 3 significantly loosened frame screws, two of which were ones on the main bearing blocks. They were all thread locked and correctly tightened.
I read the arguments about not checking screw tightness as it will loosen them, but the ones I found were pretty obvious. Interestingly the old thread lock was nearer the screw head and not on the thread that needed it, despite me always putting TL on the terminal third of the screws.
So, IMO, it's worth a proper beyond visual check every now and again.
