  • Gave my Innovator a treat today

Have had my Innovator foe about 9 months ish and still love flying it.
So decided to give it a treat and fit the Fibreglass fuse to it.

The windscreen parts come as clear but decided to reverse paint them in black. Think it looks good
Just one more thing I want to do and that's fabricate a nice looking exhaust port for it.

It seems the Innovator is a much maligned heli But I really like mine. It flies really well and looks dead nice in the air. Will look even better now

Was thinking of something like a short piece of copper pipe but I'm open to any other suggestions.

That looks really nice! I had been thinking of selling my Innovator Expert, as I now have a growing collection and the dear old faithfull does not get much use, however your upgrade has made me think.......

                      Very tasty - nice one!

I'm still indebted to you for having put me on to the Innovator in the first place. It really is a great heli
Don't get me wrong I love my T Rex 450 and I'm really getting addicted to doing all that flipping and inverted stuff.
But sometimes its just nice to chill and enjoy a nice relaxing scale style flight, and the MD530 just does it sooo well

Fast lads have the fuselages in stock in either Blue, Green or Orange like mine if you do fancy a bit of bling.

PS If you do decide to sell your Expert I wouldn't mind first refusal

                          Graham

I now have 3 off Outrage G5's, two off Trex 500, Trex 250, plus indoor toys... and I still love the Innovator, but my absolute favorite is now the G5, and there is only so much time available. I still fly the Innovator to keep it young and cycle the batteries, but is gets very little use now and my wife thinks that maybe I should ballance all the new ones by selling something .......

Your comment noted and I will indeed give you first refusal - complete with a load of spares....
