NEW 50 Sized Helis

Sooo has anyone heard any more news on the new 50 size Nitros coming out soon? I haven't heard a thing about the new Raptor X50 since a video of it at a model show and Kasama and Avant seem to have there 50 size projects on the back burner but hopefully they're simmering away nicely and we'll see something soon? I honestly can't wait to see how these compare to the N5, velo, Fury 55 etc.. I hope they'll be available for us to hammer into the ground before the end of the year!

I dont think it'll be too long before we hear about a Rave 50 ENV machine from Curtis Youngblood and maybe a replacement for the Vibe 50 from JR.

I heard kasama are very busy on there's and did plan to have one in the uk for the Kasama fun fly but unfortunately it's not ready.

As for the others, I posted a vid the other week of the x50 being flown by Colin bell I think it was.

the new helis coming out so far dont have the bling. Suppose its quality that counts at the end , still the girls love the bling so it helps in pulling.
Align puts the bling on ,now that is smart as it will be attractive to buyers

I openly admit that I am looking, but I'm looking for a new generation 50 size machine that is substantially better than the Vibe 50, and that's a really big call.

For me personally, I'm not that worried about the price of parts. I don't crash that much as I'm not a 3D wannabe and I'm more interested in F3C precision flying.

I've learnt now not to change my machines just for the sake of it, and I'm certainly not after the latest greatest thing, as all to often the new generation machines are hyped up in the initial stages of their development and release and its only after a period of time that we truely find out what they are really like. If I'm going to make a change of machine it has to have real and long lasting benefits, otherwise I'm just wasting my hard earned cash.

That said, I will have had my Vibe 50 for 3.5 to 4 years by this time next year
and although it has been a brilliant and reliable machine, it will need to be retired and replaced. Now that replacement could be from any of the following based on how good they are:

Aurora 50
Srimok 50
Rave ENV 50
JR Vibe 50 MK2 or it's replacement

Obviously, all of this is pure speculation as none of the above are currently available and no-one really knows when any of them will be.

So, my mind is open to all possibilities, as long as the one I choose ticks all of the boxes for me.
