    it's the rich setting on the bottom end that done it
    the os46 plank engine was well known for it

      Hold the starter on for a little longer is a tip that someone gave me once!
      It seemed to work

        It is very common on planks for the engines to spin backwards, a quick couple of blips on the throttle often reverses the direction.
        If you can keep your head, when all others around are losing theirs - you have probably not understood the seriousness of the situation!!
