does anyone know how to cure the wobble on the main gears ?

Not sure what you mean here. As far as I can think, a wobbly main gear could only be attributed to three reasons:

    1) over-tightened bottom Jesus bolt (this can cause the gear to distort)
    2) bent main shaft
    3) warped or distorted gears due to damage/heat

Have you ruled out these three?

Most of the Aligns, fair few Spektrum bits, bunch of Align & HiTec servos, OBE, VD & Bar.

You'll probably find that you have the pinion and main gear meshed too tightly. Release the pressure slightly and set up a bit of backlash, not too much mind or it'll strip the main gear.

Sometimes the main gears just wobble, it's a bit of an align quirk although not exclusive to them. Unless it's really bad and effecting the mesh or causing problems I wouldn't worry too much about it. This is of course assuming you mean it wobble sup and down a bit, if its an out of round sort of wobble then you have bigger problems elsewhere.

Actually this is true in some of the Align Gears there is a slight wobble, espcially the 250 , 450 range, my bottom Autorotation gear always wobbles, regardless of how tight etc..etc it is.
