Bearing removal help

I have to replace the two bearings on the ends of the metal seesaw holder on my 600 NSP. These are fixed in very well. Does anybody know the easiest way to remove these?

Use heat. They should have been put in with some bearing fit loctite or similar. It will require heating up to soften the loctite.

When you put the new bearings in use some of the Align green loctite you had in the kit. Just a couple of drops on the edge.

a small blow torch and just slighty heat it and a small tap should get them out
