Aurorra Ltd great surport

i ordered the Multi4S charger from them but did not get the board i was not in when they called but before they sent it Aurorra called to ask which board i needed ,what with working alot i only just got round to calling them i spent 20mins on the phone with them and all i was given was help and not once did they try and sell me somthing i did not even need.
The problem layed at which JST Adapter i had on the hyperion life battery and which board i needed ,but we think we have got the right one needed but if not i was told to just call again and he will send a differant board out untill its right.
all in all fantastic service

Their customer service and backup is fantastic and a credit to the hobby. had a few dealings with them myself and they have always been very helpful

I received a call from Aurrora one time aswell when I ordered my 4s, they asked if I had forgotten to add the adapter board as they didnt want me paying for postage twice, I only assume other people have done this.
The only problem was I placed an order a few months later for one :/ there pyshic aswell.
Great service.
