Sorry to hear of your crash, What a downer.
Years ago i used to make up most of the rods myself, I have 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.3 mm dies
and never had the problem of finding the right size link again.

Hope you get it in the air again soon.

Yea I had thought of that, I've got loads of old flybars, tail control rods etc but I havent got a die small enough, all mine are a bit too agricultural for that!
