OS 55 Needle Settings

Hello

just wondering what needle settings your running on the OS 55. I have an align pipe fitted and using 20% fuel

1.5 turns out on both is a pretty good start.

main and mid are about turn and quarter on mine with outrage 55 pipe ... Running a MP5 I had the needles just over a turn out on them both .. This is with Optifuel 20%

Set both my 55's yesterday and what I can tell you is that the stock settings of 2 turns for each needle are stupid rich. I ended up with the main needle at 1 1/8 turns and the middle needle 1 turn. Mixture screw ever so slightly cocked towards lean (5 Degrees)

I am running Opti 20% and the backplate temperature is warm/hot...... perfect.

Idle at factory,both main needles are 4-5 clicks richer than the 1.25 i was running.....fed up with chinning rear bearings

Lost some power but the engine is a lot cooler
