I have also heard that if you put a rubber band over the head of the stripped screw then put your allen wrench in to turn the rubber band acts as a grip,but first loosen up the loctite by holding a soldering iron tip on the head of the screw.
Well 1 set of blade grips released from the cheesy bolts.... Got a 2nd head to do as well. Former owner rounded them off think it was the Chinese super glue they use on these clones. First bolt was a mess to remove as I used to small a bit - but got it out, the 2nd was easier as picked a good size drill bit for it. The thrust bearings was covered in lock tight as well .
Takes me back to my days working at HP when the engineers would send in customer laptops that the screws was grounded up, we had this old hand drill that was fantastic at removing the screws with out causing any other damage. Had 1 laptop where the previous engineer thought it would be great to superglue it together as the screws no longer bit in to the laptop case, that was a nightmare to sort out LOL.
