  • B test questions

    Hi Guy's.

Iv'e been doing a bit of practice for my B test. It isn't booked yet but I have a few questions.

Is it still acceptable to go straight in for the B and if so, how long will that be the case? I heard it won't be an option for long.

Also, is there any documentation anywhere that shows the manouvers? I have found a few things but am unsure which ones are current.

I'm a little worried that I am practicing the wrong things.

    Cheers

There you go Tom. The hovering M has been replaced with the bow tie but it's still a similar manouver. Without looking at the whole thing everything else should be the same. Oh, and four point hover is missing. In fact there is prob a newer version kicking about! Lol!!

      Cheers

Yeah I saw them in there but I wanted some sort of pictoral diagrams really. Can't beat a picture. I suppose I could draw one

Tom the guidance notes that James and I have pointed you to have the correct diagrams in and what the examiner will expect. Good luck with it.

I left the hobby 3 years ago and discovered Women.

Nice one guy's thats exactly what I was after.

There will be no 3D until after this is done now

Well, maybe a bit inbetween practice.

                        Cheers

                              smart arse!

For anyone thinking of taking it, myself and a few others have spent a couple of flights practicing it now, and I've got to say, it really does make you realise how rusty you can be despite the fact you can fly a little 3D. I have a whole new respect for F3C now that I never thought I would have.

I will be going scale next
