My mate's done it at our field last year with his Sceadu.
It cost him about £150 to get all the stuff like blades and light ropes, and he had real problems with the reliability of the lights, but it was definately good fun for a few minutes.
If nobody else on here can help, I'll find out where he got all the stuff from.
D'you know what the hardest thing about night-flying is?
Knowing where the ground is!
My friend made a hoola-hoop with a light rope and laid it on the ground so that he knew where to land.
most clubs also dont allow flying after dusk. so you might want to check that before you shell out for the gear.

anybody can be an Arsehole, it takes real commitment, dedication and a whole lot of effort to be nice.
We have a go at night flying at our club quite often, using Furys to T-rex 450s. I use one of my raptor 50’s
I got my Blades, night drivers and some strings from helikraft and the rest from fast-lad. Midland helicopters also sell the blades I believe.
The Align strings are crap. They often short out so you will need to repair them and this can be a really fiddly job. Once repaired, I haven’t had any problems with them.
There are a couple of pictures in my gallery of night flying over xmas.
Its worth covering up any lights on your TX when you are flying as they can be a pain. I wear glasses and usually get lights reflecting off my glasses which can be a bit disorientating.
It’s awesome fun though!
