  • Heli bogging

Ive just started to do back flips, fronts flips, loops etc but I'm finding that the heli is bogging during the move. Am I putting too much + or - pitch during the move? Do I just need to manage it better? Thanks.

What pitch you running, shouldnt bog an leccy unless you have OTT pitch range or a weak lipo

    Is it a 500 size?

      Heli bogging

If you had a crash on the heli it might be a bent main shaft too. Or messed up bearings. If not I would check max/min collective and cyclic pitch values to see if it's off the chart.

I do however think you have some sort of drag in your driveline as to much pitch would not even look like a loop when trying and people normally quite careful doing wide and slow in the start and not doing the extremes. You can hear the air beating quite loud over the bogging motor if pitch is to high while drive train problems can give bogging with normal turns even an you normally see this by small vibrations in the heli under spinup. As a side note check the gear mesh too
