Yeah I'm still psychologically in winter flying mode where you have to get out early and finish by 3 or something and now we're slowly getting longer days where you could start at 3 or 4 in the afternoon and still get in lots of flying.

Yeah the late nights are awesome. The last half a dozen flying sessions I've been to have started until 4PM+ and I usually put 4 packs through my Yak54 and a couple of tanks in my 600N.

Tomorrow looks great. Here in Newcastle, its forecast for 21C with 2MPH winds in the afternoon. Can't wait!

well there now getting ligh enough that I can get to the field on the way home, get some much needed practice in with the 500, the problem is keeping it one piece long enough to get reasonable practice in lol

Haha light nights won't help you there I'm afraid (well they will more than dark nights I suppose! )!

ah Right the geeza in the mini, lol sorry mate I am abismal at names, be good to see you again, but im unfortunately not going to make it to urfleet to fly on sunday, missus is doing the run for life and ive got to go along to wave a flag etc.

but have a good time, their a good bunch of blokes and its a good site lots of space.
so you can crash miles away as well as really close

                              Tony

After a 7 months layoff, i have finally got my arse in gear and cracked on with the sim (boring i know but needed) for the last 3 months and i have improved 100% from the last time i flew.

I just need to transfer this to the real thing without crashing.
