DS510 servos gears

I've stripped the gears on 2 DS510 servos.

Is it worth putting in the metal gears (making them DS510Ms), or are they just as manky as the Trex 450 DS410M servos and I should stick plastics back in and get some better servos later?

i'd probably stick some plastic ones back in at least you know when they have failed, the metal gears may not break but they can bend causing the servo to jam (just had this on the ds610's)

8 quid for 2 x plastic gears, or 45 for 3x metal ones....no brainer really.
