i'm shortly taking delivery of a t-rex 500 electric heli as my first outdoor model having spent some time on an indoor twister, do you recommend any small heli with cp to gain some indor practice

If the 500 is your first CP heli you WILL smash it up ultra quick.

My advice is to get Phoenix sim. It will save you £££££'s in repair bills.

cheers tony, i have been praticing with phoenix now for about two months, hence the question regarding a cp small indoor model for additional practice

A blade MCX is cheap and small, its nothing special but great for orientation and gaining that "muscle memory".

Go one better than the mcx and get the mSR, or even the SR, although the latter is a bit more costly.
