Basically i'd be lost without James.

He has supported me through this hobby from day one and despite the fact that we are great mates he goes well beyond the call of duty to ensure my helis and enthusiasm for the hobby are kept tip top

Today was no exception as i turned up at his house with a car full of helis in various states of dis repair following our fun and frollics in Corfu and left with all fully sorted and set up ready for the weekends flying. 5 hours of his precious time invested in helping me with my kit ensuring it is all in top notch service... nothing too much trouble.

I enjoy my time on the Bench learning from James as much as my flying and we have some great laughs messing about with the helis!!

That's really cool. I wish I had someone nearby where I could drop off a few helis for their 10,000 mile MOT and collect them later in top shape !

In 10 minutes or so, we are off for a week's fly fishing, but I will try to remember to ask about heli flying fields in South Somerset. It would be good to observe then, if not too far away, join whatever club is "local". I am only 10 minutes away from the Wincanton Falcons field, but have lost touch there as we have been "carers" for my dad for the last 5 years or so and, at 66, I'm not 3D at all, just want to fly circuits etc. Regards.

Go see the guys in the Hobby hangar, they are members of wincanton Falcons and could help, i have been out a couple of times as a guest and is a nice club

Thanks Dave, I have never been so busy in my life which is great, however, I hope it will slow down at some point so I can relax and fly again.....It will happen but, whilst I have this opportunity I have to follow my dream. Look after yourself.
