Galaxy models had my raptor for 5 weeks, in the end I demanded they give it back to me, they also done work another heli, that in my view was plain dangerous, there service was absolutely rubbish, they are in my view a total disgrace to the hobby, and certainly would never recommend anyone using them, the guy that does the helis is a wan-ker.

Never read so much shite in all my life..

I suggest you better re-think about your next post before you crawl back under your stone again..

I think you are missing the point here.
Sure if you feel you have had a problem you are entitled to your opinion. But to verbally abuse someone on a public forum is out of order and is a measure of the type of person YOU are. Many people reading this thread will draw their (note not "there") own conclusion and I am sure will continue to seek advice (not advise) from both the shop and its employees in the future.
Good luck in progressing in this hobby, and if you should decide to give up perhaps you could write a book on "how to win friends" its bound to be a best seller

jwatts007, come on! there is no need for all this slander on a public forum, take it up privately with galaxy - face to face - and resolve your issues. We don't need to hear your stories. Based on what other well respected members here have posted, i would have no issues with using galaxy models in the future.

I read this message and to be honest it did put me off ordering form them,Then i read all the comments and it seems like they are a good bunch of people....

Fear not my friend. You can rest assured that Galaxy WILL provide a good all round service and the goods will arrive within a reasonable time and the quality will also be good or I'll eat my Align cap!
