Anyone know how to open a Motor?

Hi,

I just got told the annoying problem (http://www.rcheliaddict.co.uk/t-rex-500/40232-esp-behaving-badly.html) may be the motor?

Can anyone tell me how to take it apart, to check it?.. Its the Align 500L version. I've googled, searched here, helifreaks and still cant find anything?
