how to bookmark pages on here

How do i book mark a page on here or a section...???

With Firefox, just right click on the page you want and select bookmark page. Or click on the Bookmarks tab at the top and click bookmark page.

With IE again right click and add to favs, or click on the favorites button

I mean is there a way i can book mark a section on heliaddicts site so i can go straight to the sales page...???

Yes, click on forums at the top, navigate to the for sale section then create a bookmark.
