Well today I striped the end off my align starter. Cheers Align. Also had a couple of flights with the Titan. Didn't get to fly the knight as the gyro was really mucking about (think it's dead).

when you say the end! do you mean the end of the wand that sits in starter cup?

I,ve got the Robbe starter wand and the shaft on those is made of chesse!! so what I did is go out and buy the cheapest starter wand I could find that had a hardend steel shaft I think it was about a 5er and then redrilled the cone on the Robbe starter wand to take the new hard steel shaft its never been a problem since. May be you can try that.

Im looking at that at the moment. I have a starter shaft that goes in a plane starter. Im going to drill it to fit the align one way.

I think I also managed to brak my little finger, got it hit by the blades as I was slowing the head down.
