what do you use to transport gear to the field?

ive been looking for a large tool chest/box for taking all my gear to the field instead of having seperate cases etc! looking for something to take transmitter,fuel,spares,tools etc etc all in one hit! what do you all use for your gear?? piccies please

I have seperate boxes/cases etc as 1 would be too heavy.

I did use to use a big ex army case thing but it was too heavy with all the gear in.


I use a rugged case from maplins for my tx
A wooden field box for my starter and fuel
A plastic storage box for different misc items
And Radix blade holders which hold all my blades
Oh, and my little tool box

can fit my fuel tx align starter and a few other bits and bobs, its a bit tight closing the lid with the fuel bottle in there but thats with the opti fuel bottle lid and pump attached

Dont have the fuel in the box anymore as couldnt ever find a reliable pump, and was more hassle than it was worth.

Got one of them alloy cases,its massive,holds my tx,lipo's,starter and 2 small flasks with ease

Got it at the 3d champs for £20

That goes with the Align starter in same size box. Then the whole lot with a galon of fuel and pump goes into one of these

They were £25 a few months ago! The Tranny will sit nicely in the outside end pocket. I do take the Tx in it's case in my van, but will go into bag to walk kit onto the field. There are lots of little pockets for spares, plugs, lipo's etc.

youll be better with some wheels then,my bag gets heavy when you put a full gallon of fuel,starter,tools etc in it never mind the tx and food/drink aswell
