  • Carbon taiL pushrod diameter

    Hi all,

    I'm converting my raptor 30 to rear servo for tail what mm rod or tube do I need 6mm?? Also which is best tube or solid

    will be using with my new quark gyro and ds650 servo when I order it

    I would leave it up front, better protected.

            I use the quick uk kit for my Raptor 50, never had problems with oil, I guess it will work with a rappy 30, just cut the rod a bit shorter

              Thought about moving mine, but after seeing my mates rear servo covered in oil, i thought id leave it where it is . LOL.

                  No problems with oil on either of mine, ( no 3d or fancy tricks though ) the 30 has a carbon rod and the 50 uses the original wire through the boom guides, just shortened down to suit useing the original sliding joint to adjust.

                        I moved mine on the 60, and they do get oily, also when I crashed broken blade came round and smashed the servo to bits..
                        Heli central...Basildon RC helis...strictly helis only...
