First BIG crash.. need some advice about the Lipo's

Got a bit boystrus today with my 500.. decided to do my first loop... resulting in a big nose dive into the ground and my first ever (and inevitable!!) big crash.. Only just got it set up perfectly aswell!!

Well all the other parts are replacable but because the field was a bit boggy.. the lipo's (2x3) took a bit of a bath in muddy water.. I cut open the end with wires and dried it all off over the curcuit boards.. theres no physical damage just the bath and i'm just curious whether I should still use them or just dispose of them for safety reasons?

Once I ran to where my 450 vanished to find it in a water filled ditch with the blades still paddling round.
I picked up the heli, then thought, this thing might do anything, and threw it onto dry ground. Then when it wasn't doing anything I disconnected the battery, but the ESC was toasted.
I put all the elctrics in a warm dry place for a week and then powered them up and it was all fine - all the servos, rx, gyro the lot - and the lipo is still going strong.

Just hover a flight or two low down in case it runs out of go, until you gain confidence with it - unless you have an electric foamy zaggy or something you can try it in?

I would check the cells and chuck it on the charger keepin an eye on them and go from there.

Thats how my first loop ended too also with a 500 but I killied my 6s lipo in the process
