Hi,

I am considering a purchase from Helikraft but before "checking-out" am interested to do a bit of research.

Their contact page is down so I wonder if anyone knows where they operate from and also whether anyone has experience of these guys?

Hey Serpent,

Helikraft operates out of Hong Kong, if im not wrong. I used to be a regular customer of theirs when I was India (late 2007 - 2008)... They're customer service was spot on when I used to deal with them.

Very nice packaging, if you must know. If you're ordering multiple items off them, they put the whole order nicely into a good quality cardboard package with thermocol fillings so that the goods are not damaged during transit. You could make the appropriate calculations according to UK Customs (minimum declarable amount) and tell them to declare a lower value and they will do even that. They did that for me... it helped for the Indian customs where it was all bribes and no logic.

They ship really fast, the only delay would be any glitch with the customs dept.

But a quick question though... why do you want to order from them when you've got good shops offering competitive prices right here in the UK?
