  • Hanging heli's

    Hey,

Anyone hang their helis vertically on a wall for storage? I'm moving house soon and will lose my beloved model room

Can anyone post a pic of how they hang their heli's on a wall?

    Cheers

I used to hang my 700 somewhere better than 'Just a wall' Tom
She always entered the field 'Invigorated'

        Gaz.

He watched Tony Stevens hit the dirt with his 700 at my place then laughed at him.

tempted to do this myself as i'm slowly running out of space, normally done by hooking the rear skids over a pole mounted on the wall

              Re: Hanging heli's

This is where my choppers hang out!

I had a support bar spare from the racking that was fitted to my van and used this, obviously spaced out with some small pieces of wood. Suppose a good bit of 2x1" would be good enough.

Luckily the tail took the brunt of the crash.

The "Phantom" survived without a scratch.

                        Just blades...boom..TT etc et.
