what new servos?

I Have crashed my aplus 400v2 to day fortunately was flying on a very soft field and as a result there was not any serious damage. the flybar is bent. but also 2 of the rotorhead servos (Tower Pro SG90, which came with the kit) have stripped gears! dont know if this caused the crash or is as a result?
But anyway I'm thinking of upgrading all the servos and dont know which to go for? I would prefer metal geared ones of the same size. I'm using a JR reciever.
Any suggestions pls.

metal is a double edged sword.

sure it wont strip in a crash but your more likely to do damage to other parts.
