My flying mate purchased a pro peak prodigy mk2 charger the begining part off last season last weekend it died would not even glimmer a charge so we all agreed it was best to send back to ripmax only to be told there is a software fault and cannot be repaired and contact purchasing dealer well known by the way and they did not want to know as far as iam concerned ripmax done them self no favours here why are they still selling them if they know there is a software fault totally p----d off wont be buying another of these

Your contract is with the company you bought it from/ I would personally deal with them.

Tbh, Revolution Models I use quite frequently and always given top service. Just keep calling them, they will soon get the message.

Well i,ve got a pro peak 2 had it for years well happy with it, but at the end of the day its a 40 quid charger if its a year old just bin it there are better chargers out there for the same money with more features.
Giant Cod have an all singing and dancing one that does up to 6s lipo with built in balencer 46 quid.
