Trex 450 belt a little fraid

Just swapping out a bent boom and noticed the belt is a little fraid along the edges. Could be a potential cause of static problems.

Already had one belt snap, so I'll replace it anyway, but it begs the question - how long are the belts supposed to last and are there any 3rd party ones that are better.

Align ones are Ok, just keep them well lubed. Some soak them in silicon oil.

I've noticed FL supply this type of belt,although showing no stock at the moment, may be worth keeping an eye on for when they restock.
