depemds on what tx you have for Futaba its - for a little deadstick and you can by all means have some on the rudder

Matt you use a DX7 so yes if you want to add expo have +

and I believe you use a spartan which has its own internal expo so you dont need to have any on the tx for it.

sorry i should of expland better i have a dx7 and i want it a bit softer in the middle check the setting on my 600 whitch i fly all the time they are + witch is why i think it should be +. but setting up my 450 on sunday someone said - tryed it out and i was throwing it a round and it felt ok

long as your enjoying it.

As Ben says you'll have different amounts of expo deppendant on type of heli and how you want it to handle and for that everyone is different.

you can always say start at +25 and if it feels mushy move it down a bit, or if its still to twitchy for you move it up a little more.
