Trex 700 le

Just thought I would ask,I'm building my TREX 700le is everyone using a header tank.? or is there something different to use..
Really not sure any info would help...

Ah yeah, you have an OS/Align engine dont you Mark, so avoid the fuel magnet and just stick a header on it. The fuel magnet will degrade much quicker on an exhaust pressurised fuel system, blocking filters and carbs in the process.

does anyone use the outer hole for the clunk, I'm using a header tank and ive just done the clunk tubes, what a pain using the centre one.

I know it makes the tube none central but with the header would it actually be noticed.

I think Tom Burgess uses the outer pickup, not sure if he's using a header and i think he's running a YS

I using the outer hole but got to seal the inner properly.

Not using a header at the mo with my YS.

But will use a header as the clunk is far off reaching most spots in the tank.
